Frequently Asked Questions
Can I send you codes to add to the site?
Yes! If you have codes that work, send them to us at vakasvai@gmail.com. Please include any details about code requirements (new accounts only, specific universities, etc.).
Why isn't my code working?
Check our troubleshooting guide. Common reasons: not a new account, code expired, wrong checkout field. Try multiple codes before concluding all have stopped working.
Can existing members use codes?
Usually not. Most referral codes are for new Sophia accounts. See our guide for existing members for alternatives.
How do you make money?
We use Google AdSense to display ads on the site. No affiliate links, no commissions from Sophia Learning. We're purely a student project to help the community.
