SophCode is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Sophia Learning or Sophia.org. We are an independent student-run project helping other students save money on education.

  • ✅ Codes are provided "as-is" without guarantee of validity or accuracy
  • ❌ We do not guarantee that any code will work for your specific account
  • ❌ We do not control Sophia.org policies, pricing, or code expiration
  • ❌ We are not responsible for any financial decisions or enrollment outcomes

Your use of any referral code or information on this site is entirely at your own risk.

10. Referral Codes - Terms

Important Information About Referral Codes:

  • Codes provided are public referral codes intended for new Sophia Learning accounts only
  • Sophia Learning controls code validity and eligibility - we cannot change their policies
  • A code not working does not make us liable in any way
  • Codes may change, expire, or be discontinued without notice
  • Each code may have different terms set by Sophia Learning
  • Multiple attempts with different codes may be necessary

11. Modifications to Service

SophCode reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kaunas, Lithuania.

13. Changes to Terms

SophCode reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of modified Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
